Die-sink EDM

Some profiles can’t be achieved by machining or other process like grinding. That’s why we use two ONA die-sink EDM machines. This process consists of replicate the shape of a tool (electrodes) in a carbide or steel metal piece thanks to an electrical arc, called spark erosion. We manufacture ours own electrodes, in ours workshops, according to your needs and the shape to obtain.
